Waschhaus, Potsdam, Berlin
24th February 2007
Terminal Choice

It was my first time at the Waschhaus Potsdam: a small, long hall with a comfortable atmosphere. It was a cool alternative to any club in Berlin. The concert should start at 21:00, but TERMINAL CHOICE (TC) were late. We had to wait 40 minutes - maybe a good decision of Chris and accessory. In the course of time more and more people gathered together. At the beginning this little hall almost was empty. Across the deceleration it became slowly fuller.

The concert was a cool continuation to part I of their NEW BORN ENEMIES TOUR. Certainly they were a little bit down the drain because it was one of the last concerts of Part II-Tour. The last chance to see Terminal Choice live for next time:
07.04.2007   D-Zapfendorf, Top Act
08.04.2007   D-Görlitz, Nostromo

Music
Their wide range of topics covers love, death and destruction and opens up always new worlds to their listeners. The new style goes to the feet. The drums are absolutely impressing! Jens makes his job! Like the others too! The sound quality was quite good. The unusual mix of TC was somewhere between MARILY MANSON, EBM and elements of Metal. Distinctive! The proportionally sparsely fans created a wonderful mood to the hall. TC got presents from their fans. Fortunately no brassiere or little teddies, but flowers! :) A big “Thank You” for the shows before!

Performance
It was too bad that Chris was wearing his gloves for such a long time. He showed his wonderful hands fairly late. The rings on his hands looked very evil; first and foremost because of his exceptional gesticulations. He’s one of those artists who are worth one's while to see them live. They rocked the house although they accented how much they are down the drain because of that long touring. Don’t worry guys! We didn’t see your eye cycles. :)

They had their cool video-canvas in the background again. We watch their "Don’t go" - video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OgURFS0B1zc). It’s a wonderful addition to the voice of Chris Pohl and the sound of Jens Gärtner (drums), Gordon Mocznay (guitar), Sven Louis Manke (guitar) and the pyro-technician Sebastian Pellmann.
