Neuroticfish - Support: Audiocall
Here we go again… Always these repetitions, huh? But actually, today it’s not really a repetition, more like a sequel. And one of the good ones. About 13 months ago, we were last at Subkultur Hanover with NEUROTICFISH. We reported here. Also back then, it was in a sold-out venue. Also back then, there was a support act making their live debut. And also back then, they were basically old dudes starting fresh with a new project. In February 2023, it was the NEON SPACEMEN, making their first appearance together on a club stage, and today it’s AUDIOCALL. AUDIOCALL is the new project by Axel Tasler who´s on guitar and responsible for programming for STERIL. And like the NEON SPACEMEN, AUDIOCALL also takes the stage as a trio.

Ensalved - “European Spring Tour 2024” - Support: Svalbard & Wayfarer
ENSLAVED visited the Täubchenthal in Leipzig on their “European Spring Tour 2024” together with SVALBARD from Bristol UK and WAYFARER from Denver USA. With their current album ‘Heimdal’ and the special guests, the Norwegians are bringing their concentrated load of Avant-Garde Extreme Metal with a progressive edge to German clubs. I was lucky to had the possibility to capture pictures for you from the show. The Täubchenthal was well filled on this evening and as always, I was happy about the very good sound at the Täubchenthal.

Kielectric 2024 with In Strict Confidence, Alienare, Mental Exile and Versus
The Kielectric 2023 drew in so many folks and got such positive feedback that the organizers decided to keep the party going. Last year, I missed out on heading to Kiel. But for the second round of Kielectric, it’s a case of “I come to Kiel, I get electric”. Starting out as a crazy idea and launched as a “birthday festival”, Kielectric could actually become a regular thing. The groundwork was laid over Easter 2023, and with the second edition in 2024, the organizers are on the right track. This time, MENTAL EXILE, VERSUS, ALIENARE, and IN STRICT CONFIDENCE are rocking the stage, while Dirk Steyer (ACCESSORY, M!NC) is setting the vibe at the after-party. Initiator Robert Korritke and André Steinigen (VERSUS, VASTÉ, STNIGN) are guiding us through the night as they did last year.
