Backlash is today a well established band on the Scandinavian and international electropop scene. Their debut “EP1” were released by Telegram Records in 1999 and then the band joined Memento Materia releasing two albums “Impetus” and “Heliotrope”), one single and one CDEP (“Lodestar EP”) to this date. Backlash have always presented us with advanced and playful soundscapes combined with strong melodies; so too on their new album.March 14 Memento Materia release Backlash third album “Shape of Things to Come” – an album filled with high quality electropop. A great mix of cool beats, bouncing basslines and strong melodies with influences from bands like Goldfrapp, Human League and Depeche Mode.
