Nuclear Blast were happy to receive more than 1.500 applications for last years Bandcontest! Due to some impressing packagings we decided to award the 5 most innovative packages with a special price. Within the next weeks we´ll announce the final winners of the contest!

HAMMERFALL - New material sounds promising
After the touring is over the next chapter is about to be penned. HAMMERFALL guitarist Oscar Dronjak says he can´t wait to dive head first into the composing, as the material written so far sounds very promising. Besides, Oscar also found some extra words for the fans: “We wish you a Happy New Year, may 2006 bring you all fortune and glory. Cheers!"
DEATHSTARS - New video online
NUCLEAR BLAST are proud to present the new impressing DEATHSTARS video clip for ‘Cyanide’, taken from their upcoming album “Termination Bliss”

EDGUY - Just the best
German melodic metallers EDGUY are currently rehearsing for their forthcoming world tour, which will feature the band's biggest stage set to date. Commented EDGUY frontman Tobias Sammet: "I can't tell how happy I am with the new album. The press seems to like it and the material kicks so much ass in the rehearsing room. I think this is by far our best album because we dared a lot on a high-quality level. But it was worth it!”
