Monday, February 20th, 2006, 8 p.m., in a cosy little Café, right in the center of Leipzig. Two men shake hands to seal one of the most extraordinary deals of this still rather fresh New Year ... one that is bound to send shockwaves through the scene, following this year´s May. The men are: the head of the constantly expanding independent record company "Out of Line" and, of course, Steve Naghavi, initiator and creative force behind "BODYPOP ". Out of Line serves as a headquarter and home for around 40 musical acts, such as Blutengel, Hocico,
Terminal Choice, Agonoize, Spetsnaz, Combichrist or Icon of Coil, to name but a few, and is constantly at the forefront of creating, in terms of quality and innovation, new musical trends . executed by top notch producers and driven by a team that will give "BODYPOP " and future And-One-releases a kick start into the hearts of the masses.
Distributing the releases will be SPV, who are renowned for their work with such diverse artists as Covenant, VNV Nation, Project Pitchfork, Xavier Naidoo, Simply Red, Fury in the Slaughterhouse or Melotron.

Furthermore, a few days ago, And One have been able to strike a deal with U.S.-American record label "Metropolis". Thus, "BODYPOP" will be the first ever And-One-album to be released directly in the USA. On their BODYPOP WORLD TOUR, And One will also be crossing the big ocean to rock the clubs stateside.
