Earlier this year the Danish death metal band Crocell parted ways with lead singer Magnus Jørgensen but a new replacement has now been found in Asbjørn Steffensen (also in Mordax). Guitarist Tommy Christensen comments on the decision: "A number of skilled vocalists auditioned but when Asbjørn visited, we knew straight away that we had found our new guy. Asbjørn could already sing most of the songs perfectly and together Crocell sound better than ever before. We can't wait to finish our next album with the new line-up and hopefully play a shitload of concerts."
The first concert with Asbjørn will be on the 6th of October at Club Brutal in Aarhus along with the German band D.A.M.N. At the moment Crocell is finishing two brand new tracks, which will be produced by Jacob Olsen in JBO Sound and made available for free within the near future.
