Garbage - 20 Years Queer Tour
It’s hard to believe but it is really already 20 years ago when the ground-breaking debut album ‘Garbage‘ was released. On this special occasion the band starts on the 31st October 2015 its anniversary tour with shows in Cologne, London and Paris.
With songs like ‘Stupid girl‘, ‘Only happy when it rains‘, ‘Milk‘, ‘Vow‘ and ‘Queer‘, the album sold 4 million times and the band with the charismatic Scottish singer Shirley Manson advanced to the position of the hottest Alternative Rock bands of the USA but also in Europe. By the way GARBAGE are actually working on a new album. Regarding the anniversary tour Shirley Manson states: “This is the album that started everything for us and we look back on it with great fondness. It’s been really great to revisit these songs whilst working on new material – interesting to see how the essence of the band remains strong as we evolve”.
