Avatarium and support The Vintage Caravan, opener Honeymoon Disease
This Autumn is definitely harvesting season for Swedish doom-metal band AVATARIUM! The second full-length album ‘The Girl with The Raven Mask’ just has been released at the end of October and they are already on the touring path.
Leif Edling's (ex. Candlemass) dark and poetic "child" is three years old but already standing strong on his feet and ready live solo-life. AVATARIUM is an essence of the long doom metal music experience of Leif Edling ( ex. Nemesis, Candlemass, Abstrakt Algebra, Krux), Lars Sköld (Tiamat, Safari Season, Double Park), Marcus Jidell (Soen,ex. Evergray, ex. Royal Hunt, Jekyll & Hyde), Carl Westholm (ex. Candlemass, Abstrakt Algebra, Krux) and tender, yet powerful voice of charismatic Jennie-Ann Smith.
The band will play new songs as well as the hits the fans already know. This evening two bands will support AVATARIUM on stage: the opening band also Swedish band, this time from Gothenburg, will warm-up the audience with groovy Rock’n’Roll and the support band THE VINTAGE CARAVAN will deliver the most of progressive rock with Icelandic taste.
