EMERGENCY GATE - Release artwork for the new Album “Infected“, out 26th of November

Just over 18 months after their last record “You“, the melodic death metal combo emerge with their new album “Infected” in tow. The album, which was finished after the band had completed the first part of their first world tour in Europe, Russia, Asia and Australia, treats the listener to another fix of pounding melodic death metal. The band has now released the artwork and tracklist for this new endeavor, on which they cranked the speed but made sure the album does not lack the typical electronic elements and once in a while offer an experimental twist. Compared to previous endeavors, the band stepped it up a notch in terms of brutality combined with catchy hooks, an attribute that will make old school metalheads’ hearts beat faster.

Yet besides violent riffs and mighty singalong choruses, this LP also offers some atmospheric tracks and unexpected ideas for that extra pinch of diversity. After a few line-up changes and equipped with a brand-new album, Emergency Gate are now preparing for the Wacken Road Show in September and October of 2014 as well as the “World Infected Tour” Part II in the spring of 2015.
