organic emptycenturyORGANIC, the Belgian band created by Raphaël Haubourdin on vocals, keyboards and programming (also in Graceland and Kinex Kinex) and Joris Oster on bass and programming (also in Silver Riot) announces its sophomore album ‘Empty Century’. Their first installment, ‘Under A Carbon Constellation’, had caused quite a sensation in 2012, with its innovative music combining post-rock, electro, progressive, psyche, stoner, new wave and post-punk.

The new LP, which can be streamed on Bandcamp, offers shorter and more direct songs. There are of course the fundamentals of ORGANIC: a powerful saturated staccato bass, nervous drums (programmed with the help of the excellent drummer Olivier Justin), intelligent synth sketches and Haubourdin's unique baritone voice.

The musical style is to be classified between NEW ORDER, AGENT SIDE GRINDER, EDITORS and QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE. ORGANIC confirms its enormous potential and is likely to achieve international success. The band will be helped by the two labels that publish ‘Empty Century’: Manic Depression Records, from France, which releases the album on vinyl and SwissDarkNights, the Swiss label, which takes care of the CD and of Bandcamp.
