ALTER DER RUINE are back with their 6th full length album and the first after their reformation. The band continues their odd music journey mixing different music genres like Industrial, Techno, Synth Pop even Punk and the result is a very, very good album a bit darker than their previous. My favourite tracks (I tried hard to find them because all the track are very good) of the album are the 'Lights', an elegant downbeat track, 'Will We Tear You Apart', an upbeat electro track, 'Quiet Crimes', a melodic track with catchy chorus, the up tempo 'Poltergeist' and 'Leviathan', a track which reminds the old ALTER DER RUINE days.
Conclusion: The best ALTER DER RUINE album and one of the best albums of 2014 so far.
