Album Review
CONAN is a doom metal band from UK, very little is to find about the band (even on their website). There is the fact that they agree to have formed the band in 2006 and that they at first played as a duo and now they are a trio. The rubbish about smashing heads and bearing an immense task aside, the sound of CONAN needs getting used to for people that normally listen to melodic music that is played in a regular pace. These guys are really very heavy and damn slow, the voices of John Davis and Chris Fielding are used very little and are, if used, very ulterior in the whole musical composition(apart from the fact that I didn`t understand one single word ). I can only say that this is not my cup of tea and that this is not the kind of doom I can bear to listen to. It`s too fuzzy and blurred and I think I will play some classic rock after this review…
