December! What a lovely time of the year to celebrate the utter joy of the beloved holiday season, from Christmas carols, to decorations, to Christmas lights, to death metal music? You heard correctly! WITH CHAOS IN HER WAKE is a five piece metal act hailing from Hull, East Yorkshire. Quickly taking advantage of playing any show they could grasp their hands upon, getting their name more recognized by the second, WITH CHAOS IN HER WAKE lead all that hard work to creating their debuting full-length ‘Treason’.
‘Cryptic Assembly’ builds up that raging momentum lying within the grunts and growling screams of vocalist James Lawrence who puts forth such adrenaline force it’s enraging just to embrace it in the first place. While guitarists Tom Wilkinson and Ricky Outhwaite overlap one another with their duelling tactics of guitar structure, each breakdown is thoroughly well crafted. Whereas such tracks as ‘Dehumanization’ and ‘The Lost Chapter’ each tend to blend together, a more structured base of sound and style that sets up the music to maintain that breakdown ability yet again which tends to repeat itself more than once throughout each of these individual tracks.
WITH CHAOS IN HER WAKE is surly to become the next big act for 2010, for the fans of From The Carnival Of Horrors, meets Misericordiam will fall gently into place after listening in to these brutalities of metal junction.
