Dear SUMMER BREEZE community!
The new year's first month has passed already and the last newsletter was sent some time ago. So it's about time to supply you with some news regarding our anniversary festival.
As most of you have noticed already we will have 60 bands play this year of which 45 are already confirmed. Among these are JUSTICE, who will be playing the party tent on Wednesday. Their cover set will be a perfect warm-up. In addition we'll be having 4 bands play at 1 p.m. each day, Thursday (LIFEFORCE label night) and Friday (AFM records label night) on the tent stage. Thanks to this there will be no boredom and the party will go on until 4 o'clock in the morning.
But things develope also on the open air stages. Currently we are working hard on more highlights for the anniversary.
Where there is light there are also shadows. In this case it means KEEP OF KALESSIN will unfortunately not play SUMMER BREEZE this year. This is due to reasons beyond our control and also the band would've acted differently if they only could have. But you never know what the future might bring. All the best to them from our side.

In previous years we have occasionally given a chance to new blood. Back then we had bands without a deal opening the festival on Thursday. This year we will go for that again but in a slightly bigger way. On Wednesday, August 15th five bands will compete for the opening slot on the day after. As you are the ones to decide who's to play please find more detailed info at www.newcomer-stage.de
Tickets will be available through the following ticket systems with immediate effect: EASYTICKET, KARTENHAUS and within the next days at TICKETCORNER. Tickets will therefore be available at numerous ticket counters throughout Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Just check our homepage and follow the links. It's pretty certain you will find a ticket counter near you.
Apart from that tickets are still available on our homepage for 60,- EURO incl. parking and camping. And further than that the SUMMER BREEZE 2006 merchandise can be purchased in our shop with a 50% off! 6,- EURO for a t-shirt and 8,50 EURO for a long sleeve are hard to beat!
Once more we'd like to bring to your attention that any kind of glass is strictly prohibited on the entire camping and festival ground. More info regarding that and other important matters can be found in our Festival ABC. Due to the experiences made and the fact the festival ground is still kind of new to us we have extended it and added a lot of new important info to it. So please read carefully.
