After the great success in 2008, the Zita Rock festival returns on 13th June 2009. Besides Berlin’s locals TANZWUT and ZERAPHINE we’re pleased to announce three more top class acts:
DIARY OF DREAMS, the exceptional band around mastermind Adrian Hates like no other knows how to connect thoughtful lyrics with musical quality. Without any safety net they take you on a dark trip through the abysms of the human soul, which is not only catchy, but crawls under your skin.
Furthermore you can look forward to the scene icons of PROJECT PITCHFORK. As pioneers of the dark scene Peter Spilles and his fellow band members are always up for a surprise. Eclectic and intelligent, the band doesn’t back away from fairly boosting you with hard electronic fireworks. An absolute Must See!!!Stirring, enchanting, lovely and beautiful are the attributes with which UNHEILIG have established their status as most successful German-tongued Gothic Rock band. Last year’s Zita Rock performance by The Count, Henning & Licky was a memorable experience for old and young fans alike. Also next year UNHEILIG will provide for a Highlight at the citadel in Spandau with great emotion and crude rock.
