RADIOPILOT is looking for support bands from the corresponding venues for the Germany tour in support of the album ‘Leben passiert’ starting on 4th December 2008.

The tour leads the band through 13 stations in total and ends on 19th December in Berlin at the Magnet and they’re bringing their chart album ‘Leben passiert’,  a musical mixture of punchy and partly opulent indie guitar pop, electronic and rock of a British kind and yet with German lyrics. Besides the first single ‘Monster’, especially the secret hit ‘Fahrrad’ causes a stir. This title is the only German representative in the soundtrack of the successful video game FIFA 2009. The band around singer Lukas Pizon is winner of the renowned John Lennon Talent Award 2005/06. It is assigned every second year by the Itzehoe mutual and considers an ongoing support of young musical talents their priority.

The motivation for giving young bands a chance to play together with them in the clubs on their first own tour describes the band as follows: “We’ve experienced, especially during the intense work in the frame of the John Lennon Talent Award, how important it is to be supported. We want to pass on some of the good experiences we could gather with our possibilities. We had the luck to support some really cool bands in the last months. It was a great experience for us.”

RADIOPILOT have some very cool surprises up their sleeves for their concert attendees, so they won’t just play songs from the debut album, but present a never heard and seen program. Those who’ve already seen the band on this year’s MTV campus invasion or with JULI or ICH + ICH can look forward an entertaining evening.
