electricmodernIt seems like there’s no stopping The Electric Modern on their quest to prove to the world that guitar led indie is alive.  After a hugely successful campaign with their debut EP ‘Motives’, which has scored them an ever increasing fan base and critical praise as well as the perfect platform to create even more blistering anthems to unleash on the UK and beyond this summer.  The next mission the guys have undertaken is offer a brand new track ‘Dances with You’, which is a complete DIY project, to a whole host of listeners, new and old. Adam Sullivan (guitar/synth/vocals) states that “I am a sound engineer and mix on a daily basis, both myself and Dean (who are also keen producers) have spent our time working on this solidly”.  Make sure you watch this space for more info about this to come very soon!

This doesn’t seem to be the end of The Electric Modern’s ambitions for the coming months.  They have also been working solidly on 6 new songs, which are nearly ready to be recorded, either at Adam’s home studio, or at a more professional venue, proving that there is more energy emanating from these four lads than a four year old on a bag of Skittles. The Electric Modern encapsulates pure British pop rock, with slicing riffs, drilling drums and lyrics that are set to recoil around your skull for days to come.

The Electric Modern are planning on performing these fresh offerings at their latest shows, and you can catch them playing at the following venues:
30th March - Camden Enterprise
3rd April - Four Kings, Acoustic Show
10th April - Ruby Lounge Manchester
25th April - Surya Kings X
14th June - Bedford Esquires
