A SOUND RELIEF RELEASE AND INFORMATION WHERE TO REGISTER YOUR DVD CODE
"A Sound Relief" is now available in the shops! The DVD is available through Psychonaut Records in Europe and you can also order it via the Gathering e-shop http://www.4tune-shop.nl/index.php?categorie=gathering
North American fans can order via The End Records, Psychonaut's licenser for North American market http://www.theendrecords.com/omega/
There are plans to have the DVD released by other licensers, such as Irond for the Russian market, but it will take some time. Those who already have the DVD maybe wonder where to register your personal promo code, the URL to do so is http://community.gathering.nl
You need to register first (this grants some access even if you haven't bought "A Sound Relief" yet) then if you go check your profile, you'll be able to enter the promo code and we also advice you to change your password for one you'll remember easier ;) Please make sure you accept cookies! If your cookie level is too high, you might experience problems registering or logging in. Depending on your browser, you can set the cookie security level in Tool/Options/Security.

ALONE AVAILABLE IN STREAMING AUDIO
Since a couple of days, we have "Alone" available in streaming on http://www.gathering.nl, you can view it in high or low resolution and you'll have to make sure your browser accept popup windows from the website! Please note it can take up to a minute for the streaming to start, this is normal.
RECORDING THE NEW ALBUM
The Gathering has now started the recording of their 8th full-length album with producer Attie Bauw ["How To Measure A Planet?"]. According to an interview Anneke gave for the website Vampire magazine, the album could be released at the end of the winter 2006:
" I think the new album will be out in March 2006, don’t quote me on that but it should be around that time. And we would like to kick off the tour right after the release until the end of the year." You can read the complete interview here. It's a really nice one!

A LAST WORD
Until then you'll have to patient with the beautiful DVD "A Sound Relief" and for the people with nostalgia, Century Media is going to release 2 CDs edition of "Mandylion" featuring the regular "Mandylion" album, a new booklet and a 2nd CD with demo version of the songs, which are the first recordings ever with Anneke on vocals! Let's hope it will feed your appetite until the next records comes out!
