Finally it is time for the festival season and one of the first to rock The Netherlands is Dauwpop in Hellendoorn on the 17th of May. This is their 13th edition already and they have a wide variety of National and International artists such as: Within Temptation, Leaves’ Eyes, Keith Caputo, Volbeat, The Answer, Kreator... And many many more.
They might be the only festival where the tickets are actually cheaper then the year before! For this entire day of rocking and rolling you pay 28 euro’s. Children under the age of eight get free entry, when under guidance of an adult. Tickets can be ordered on line (http://www.dauwpop.nl/evhandsideal.htm) and at the usual Ticket Service (www.ticketmaster.nl) sale points. The festival area will open at 9 in the morning and close at 9 in the evening.

Besides Dauwpop there is another great feast taking place on the Hellendoorn festival area… namely a concert of Deep Purple on the 19th of May. Deep Purple will be supported by Bintangs, Talisman + Y&T. Tickets can be purchased in the same way as you can for the Dauwpop festival.
