Scars on Broadway
SCARS ON BROADWAY is the long-awaited collaboration of SYSTEM OF A DOWN guitarist Daron Malakian and drummer John Dolmayan. The same-titled debut album, produced by Malakian will be released in Germany in August. The exclusive concerts in Cologne (27th June) and Berlin (28th June) will give the fans a little foretaste and the unique chance to experience SCARS ON BROADWAY live for the very first time in small clubs.
Daron Malakian and John Dolmayan are guitarist and drummer of SYSTEM OF A DOWN; one of the most important rock acts of this decade. With their wild stylistic mixture out of Alternative, Rock, Metal, Pop as well as Armenian folk, they sold over 16 Mio albums, were honoured with a Grammy and received countless platinum rewards for the bestseller releases ‘Toxicity’ (2001), ‘Mezmerize’ and ‘Hypnotize’ (both 2005). Since mid 2006, the band is on a creative break.
