Some time back in 1997 on a RAMMSTEIN concert, the idea came up to copy the band as original as possible. Said, done and the first RAMMSTEIN tribute band ever called FEUERENGEL was born. But many are able to copy the songs, however it was clear to them that the show was just as much important as the song, so a strong emphasis has been placed on authentic effects and props right from the start such as flamethrowers, rockets or a huge boiler for the keyboardist, all coming from the band’s own pyro-technician.

But the real breakthrough came in 1998 when the band played a show on a party for RAMMSTEIN and their guests. From there on, the media interest considerably increased and they climbed up straight the career ladder with sold-out gigs in the Netherlands or their headliner slot on a festival in Luxemburg I n2004. In 2008, more precisely in October, they’ll bring their extraordinary show to the Matrix in Bochum.
