Ragnarök Festival
The 6th Ragnarök Festival is coming up and it is promised to be one of the best ones so far. With bands like DORNENREICH, KORPIKLAANI, MÅNEGARM and EINHERJER (who will have a reunion show this year!), there is probably something for everybody in the line-up. FJOERGYN will have a record-release show. And other bands such as DARK FORTRESS, FINSTERFORST, HEIDEVOLK and THYRFING will definitely get your blood boiling. After switching to the Stadthalle Lichtenfels, there is now room for 5000 pagan-, viking- and black metal-fans to bang their heads. So, come and enjoy the great bands, have a beer and get the party started!

Additional festival information
Tickets:
The tickets will cost 35 EUR (presale). If you get the tickets on the festival ground, you will pay 40 EUR. If you want to sleep in the sleeping halls, you have to get another ticket which costs 10 EUR and is available on http://www.ragnaroek-festival.com/catalog.
Housing:
They have organized a smaller hall near the town-hall with room for about 400 people who can sleep there on Friday and Saturday night. There are showers and you will get breakfast in the morning. In this hall there is a smoking ban. You have to bring sleeping-bags and camping mats on your own. The second sleeping hall has also room for 400 people but is unfortunately about 2 kilometres away from the town hall. There are showers too and you will also get breakfast there. As in the other hall there is a smoking and alcohol ban. The sleeping halls will be guarded so you can leave your stuff there.
Camping:
There will be a camping area next to the Stadthalle Lichtenfels on a soccer-field/hard court, where you can build up you tents, in order to sleep in them at night, if you are from further away and haven't got a hotel-room, etc., although it might be a little bit nippy. There will be no normal camping-fee, but you will have to pay 5 EUR for garbage issues. If you bring a full garbage-bag back, you'll get it back, of course. On the whole camping area, glass is forbidden, as the local soccer team wants to play on it afterwards.
