Snow Patrol - "Take Back the Cities Tour 2009"

SNOW PATROL is a British band from Glasgow and Belfast founded in 1997. The five members Gary Lightbody, Jonny Quinn, Nathan Connolly, Paul Wilson and Tom Simpson achieved their biggest success up to now with the album appeared in 2006 ‘Eyes Open’, sold worldwide 4.5 million times. With this album they created the breakthrough also in Germany. The best known single from it is ‘Chasing Cars’, which reached in Germany up to place 8 of the charts.

On the 24th of October 2008 their fifth album ‘A Hundred Million Suns’ appeared which is convincing with big melodies and catchy songs and in their opinion it's their best album up to now!

After Snow Patrol gave only one concert in Germany in 2008, they return within the scope of the "Take Back the Cities Tour 2009" for six concerts to Germany (Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart). In Munich they present their current hits like ‘Take Back the Cities’ and ‘Crack the Shutters’, but also older songs on the 24th of May in the Zenith in Freimann.
