Gloria, Cologne, Germany
21st September 2009
Zoot Woman

British electro pop collective ZOOT WOMAN has been credited by many as being one of the forerunners in the electro-clash genre, however the band itself never did anything to substantiate these statements at all and rather kept on doing their thing ever since given birth in 1995. It would take until 2001 before a full-length album in the form of ‘Living in a Magazine’ surfaces on the market. Over the following years the band would gain a great following with their live shows and release another self-titled album in 2001.

Other creative engagements would delay the release of a next album but in 2009 the time has finally come for the third album ‘Things are what they used to be’. The release date for the new record is set to 21st August 2009 and of course a tour will follow bringing the band around Stuart Price and Adam Blake to German grounds as well. On 21st September this will be the grounds of the Gloria theatre in Cologne. Synth Pop fans from all directions should mark this date red in their calendars and swiftly get their tickets for the event.
