Bruderschaft, the electronic music artist's collective led by New York City-based DJ Rexx Arkana, returns with a brand new track: "Return" with Tom Shear from Assemblage 23 on vocals. The track, in a remix by Imperative Reaction, will be launched on the "Re:connected [3.0]" 2CD + DVD boxset to released by the Belgian label Alfa Matrix to celebrate it's 7th anniversary. It was also Alfa Matrix which released the first single for the project, "Forever" a few years ago.Conceived as a charity project focused on cancer research and treatment in the wake of Arkana's father's death from the disease, Bruderschaft united some of the top names in the underground electronic music scene for the production of the band's first single, "Forever". The collaboration of Arkana (lyrics), Ronan Harris (VNV Nation-vocals), Sebastian Komor (Icon of Coil-programming/production), Joakim Montelius (Covenant-samples/loops) and Stephan Groth (Apoptygma Berzerk-backing vocals) went on to top the charts throughout Europe and become a club favorite throughout North America. The limited 2CD boxset sold out in pre-orders and became a much sought after object ever since. The release raised nearly $50,000 for charity.
