The Italian ALIEN VAMPIRES are back doing what they know very well; they sing for their inter-galactic futuristic bordello-esque audience that wants to participate in the Blade-like meat-factory party and live to tell the experience. Tons of provocation, pompous to the point of outrageousness, an attitude that doesn’t fail to transmit a genuine I-don’t-give-a-shit theatrical approach to their songs. Speaking of which, even with the first track, ‘Harsh And Rotten’, you get that fast and upbeat, club smasher that tends to become the trademark of the band, while ‘Clubbers Die Younger’ is most definitely written with the mind of the band being orientated towards the charts.
The differentiation the remixes offer is not that significant, but in any case it is welcomed as the bands have kept something (usually all of it) of the Aggrotech artillery of the ALIEN VAMPIRES adding some extra elements like a fair amount of “creepiness” (in the case of AMDUSCIA) or a hellish pandemonium (like WASTE did), or even something that is more akin to the SUICIDE COMMANDO (that goes for the version of ‘Dark Skies’ with Sonya Scarlett). In short, the band almost demands the audiences to jump into the dance-floor even if the world is going astray; their brilliance is hiding into the fact that they manage to persuade you for doing so. Even with fetish cheekiness that adds some spice to the whole experience.
