We thought it was about time for a newsletter. You might have gone on vacation, so we've decided to make it easy to keep track of the Gathering ;)
TOURING
The band is reaching the end of the summer festivals tour with Mera Luna on August 12th and the Sziget Festival in Hungary on the 14th! During this festival, visitor will maybe have the chance to grab one of the 5000 copies of the promo split single CD with Green Lizard. This CD features a special radio edit of "Alone" and the track "Walk Over Water" by Green Lizard. You can read a bit more about this on the website.

Tour will resume in September when the Gathering hits the roads of France, with small detours via Switzerland [Pratteln] and Italy [Milano]. Pyro from Denmark will support the band. Then from mid-September till mid-October, you'll have the chance to catch them in the Netherlands as well as in Germany [Hamburg and Berlin]. The band is currently busy to schedule dates in Greece and has confirmed they will go to Turkey end of November.
GUEST APPEARANCE
Beside touring, we've also heard Anneke has been recording some vocals for the to be released album of Napalm Death. We have an extract of this song online for those who are interested and if this extract only contains spoken word, we know Anneke also did sing on that song.

- "The Musical History Tour", a project from Professor Wim Kratsborn featuring Hans, René, Frank and Anneke. Despite this is now old news, we thought those who hadn't heard about it might be interested.
- The demos from "Accessories".
- The demos from "Mandylion" deluxe.
We've also added the pictures that were shot for the promotion of "Home". And just recently, we have updated the FAQ with some questions that fans had asked on the forum. At last, the Myspace account of the band is expanding with lots of new friends requests. We've changed the songs on the profile so you can listen and listen to "Alone" and "Your Troubles Are Over" to give you inspiration for the video clip contest that runs till September 15th.
