Echoes of Rebellion 2024 - 5 years “Ship of Rebels” with Frozen Plasma, Me The Tiger, We Are Waves, The Cemetary Grilz & The Saint Paul
Ship of Rebels - what sounds like a pirate adventure is one of the most familiar festivals. As the name suggests, the festival normally takes place open air on a ship. For the 5th anniversary the rebels go on shore leave. The celebration takes place at Club Volta in Cologne-Mülheim on the grounds of the Carlswerke Victoria, not far from the banks of the Rhine. Five years, five international bands from Synth Pop to Post-Punk and afterwards the legendary Rebel Moon Party. This year the following bands are on board or better to say at the club:
Frozen Plasma
FROZEN PLASMA was formed in 2005 by Vasi Vallis (lyrics, keys) and Felix Marc (vocals). For about 20 years they stand for melancholic and glorifying Synth Pop and entertaining live shows. https://www.facebook.com/FrozenPlasma
Me The Tiger
The Swedish Electro trio was formed in 2012 and captures attention with powerful lyrics, catchy melodies and a passion for solidarity. We Are Waves
WE ARE WAVES is an Italian Post-Punk band composed by Fabio ‘Viax’ Viassone (voice, guitar), Cesare Corso (synths), Marco Di Brino (bass) and Adriano Redoglia (drums). The Cemetary Grilz
The Gothic band THE CEMETARY GRLZ was founded in 2007 in France and is based in France and Scotland. They name Post-Punk, Deathrock, Darkwave, Gothic subculture, 80s vampires and Metal as influences. https://www.facebook.com/thecemetarygirlz
The Saint Paul
