Lavantgarde from Hildesheim received the German Rock and Pop -Award 2006 in the category "Electro-Pop".The band merely applied for entry to the competition and won. Bandmembers Frank Lavant and Nick Gold feel honoured and happily said: "we are proud to get this award-- it´s a nice compliment for all our hard work and endurance. It´s the first time Lavantgarde ever took part in any award winning competition. The jury was convinced by the current release "Inside out"(Synthetic Product Records /Indigo).The "Inside out" will also be available with several online -mp3 stores such as Itunes, Napster,Finetunes,Musicload in the next couple of days.The award was presented on 26th of November to Lorenz Macke (Label and Management ) who accepted it for the band.
