Electric Fantastic Sound has signed an European deal with Ireland's finest - The Garland Cult (who is also on an American deal with Ninthwave Records). This Dublin based duo consists of Adian Casserly and Lar Kiernan and they provide us with the sweetest electro pop we've heard in a long long time!With previous experience as founding members of the acclaimed electro pop band Empire State Human The Garland Cult wants to inject the pop scene with some style and colour and they do - extremely well!
An accomplished poet and one of the best voices in electronic music today, Aidan Casserly along with Lar Kiernan, and with the expert help of the exceptional producers they work with, have crafted complex arrangements around simple melodies that enhance the songs instead of cluttering them up.
A perfect example is the upcoming debut single "Talking With Aliens", produced by none other than the living synth pop legend Steve Bronski of Bronski Beat fame and it is - to say the least - a masterpiece that will have people dancing in the streets, trust me!
