2006 was the year when Memento Materia started to release their single compilation series “Dynamo” – compilations where four bands signed to the label release one single each on one album. “Dynamo Vol I” focused on electropop and presented singles from Code 64, Backlash, Michigan and Z Prochek. “Dynamo Vol II” focus on EBM/electro/industrial tunes.

First out is Run Level Zero (on the pic below) presenting you with a number of tracks from their upcoming album ”Arctic Noise”. A band already well established on the international EBM/industrial music scene proving themselves once again. On “Dynamo Vol II” you are presented with a lot of new material – “Hitting Ground”, “Head to Mouth”, “Stroke” and a remix of “Headless”.

The debut album “Strike One” from Militant Cheerleaders on the Move won a lot of critical acclaim when released. An album that presented you with everything – EBM, electro, techno and pop – without losing its focus. The band is currently working on their upcoming album and takes the chance to present you with two new tracks in “Kim06” and “Mentor” together with two exclusive remixes of “Neuropa” and “Mask” from their debut album. Hard electronic electro with an edge.

Interlace is also a band working on their upcoming album, presenting you on this compilation with a ”best of” from their two previous albums ”Innuendo” and ”Imago”. Hardhitting industrial tunes in remixes of “Master” and “Under the Sky” together with the wonderful album track “TrackTwo”. On top of this you are presented with and exclusive live recording of “Conformity” from Memento Materias very own “Get Electrofied” festival.

Last, but not least, the hardest band ever signed to Memento Materia/Prototyp – Thirteenth Exile – presents you with three exclusive remixes of new track “Pain Receiver” together with new track “Heritage”. Music in the same footsteps as we were presented with on the debut album “Assorted Chaos and Broken Machinery”. Harsh, distorted, angry, hard and beautiful.

“Dynamo Vol II” is a tremendous compilation presenting you with a wide spectrum of EBM/electro/industrial tunes. A compilation that proves that this is a strong genre in Scandinavia growing stronger by the day. “Dynamo Vol II” is released March 14. More information about the compilation is available at http://www.mementomateria.se/
