Formed in France 1977, DIE FORM look back on an enormous history today, that inspired countless artists and evolved through time from early industrial-experiments over more pop oriented moments to Japanese “Butoh” elements and theatrical influences. While live shows recently became rare gems of this exceptional French formation, we are honoured to have won DIE FORM for a show at the Amphi Festival 2013. After very successful albums “Artificial“ and “Monumentum“ and the sold out singles “Irony”, “Tanz die Revolution” and “Earthling“FROZEN PLASMA embark into a groundbreaking future. Thereby singer Felix Marc and producer Vasi Vallis are in for side-trip to the Tanzbrunnen Cologne to play for you! Along with the already confirmed VNV Nation, which Vasi Vallis supported as live keyboarder years ago, the Amphi weekend 2013 will be one hell of an opportunity to shake your bones!
SOLD OUT: ALL AMPHI PREMIUM-BOX-SETS NOW GONE!
With the announcement of the new premium box-sets, about 8 weeks ago, the feedback was already overwhelming. Even before the first boxes got delivered, a huge chunk of the sets were sold. Meanwhile the premium box-sets are completely sold out and with them all premium-passes for the opening event “Call The Ship To Port“ on the MS RheinEnergie, too. Here we have the bad times, as we are sorry if you haven´t been able to catch one of the boxes and now have to look for other ideas to give away for Christmas. If there were more space we could have offered more boxes, but as you will understand the capacity of the ship is limited. Regarding Christmas we would like to draw your attention to some options instead, which should be an adequate alternative:

If you had to pass on the Amphi Festival opening event “Call The Ship To Port“, we suggest to take a very close look at the E-TROPOLIS FESTIVAL. Beside the bands of the ship, COVENANT and WELLE: ERDBALL the event offers a massive line-up of heavy industrial, excellent EBM and electro-pop with great acts like DAF, LEÆTHER STRIP, NACHTMAHR, DIORAMA, MELOTRON, GRENDEL, SOLAR FAKE, [X]-RX, WINTERKÄLTE and many more, playing on 23.
