Beyond the Black- “Heart Of The Hurricane” Tour 2018
The career of BEYOND THE BLACK began with a bang with their first ever live performance at the legendary Wacken Open Air in 2014 - also the year the band was founded. In February 2015, their debut album, ‘Songs Of Love And Death’, was released and shortly after this there was a very successful headlining tour in the spring of 2015 - I still remember the great performance in the Berlin club Lido.
Yet further important gigs followed, for example at the Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig and as support for SAXON and SCORPIONS. In February 2016, the band’s second album, ‘Lost In Forever’, was released. With this album they climbed to #4 in the German charts. In July 2016, singer Jennifer Haben split with the rest of the band, and by the end of the year, the new line-up of the band was announced. Now the first release for this new constellation is coming up.
On 31st August 2018m the album ‘Heart Of The Hurricane’ will be released. The first single was released in June 2018 as a lyric video. In early August, the next single including a video clip was released, ‘A Million Lightyears’. It’s a wonderful symphonic metal song that seduces the listener to want to hear the new album. For more than a year, the new band members have been gathering up live experiences together and are now looking forward to presenting these new songs to the fans.
