ESCAPE WITH ROMEO, founded by Thomas Elbern in 1988, embarked on a journey blending Atari computers and musical ideas into reality. Their break-through hit ‘Somebody’ propelled them into the music scene, touring extensively across Germany and Europe. After a hiatus from 2018 to 2022, they returned with the compilation album ‘Based on a true Story’, rejuvenating their sound with guitar-driven Post-Punk influences.

Three people from Halle are on a mission to bring the music of MOTÖRHEAD and the power of Lemmy Rock’n’Roll to the people - and they come damn close to the famous original! Their name: KILMINISTER. A special highlight for them was a concert in 2013 in Berlin’s “White Trash” where Mikkey Dee, drummer from MOTÖRHEAD, sat down on the drums for the last songs of the concert - an accolade for the band, because Mikkey was very enthusiastic about the “German Execution"

Ahoy, pirates of the river Rhine! It’s Saturday, 20th April 2024. We’re on what moderator Jens Domgörgen calls “Europe’s biggest party catamaran. This thing is 90 meters long. It can fit 1,600 people.” We don’t have that many guests today though. The artists need their private space too. The available 1,370 tickets for today’s boat tour have been sold out for weeks.

Kettcar - “Live 2024" - Support: Shitney Beers
Hamburg Indie Rock band KETTCAR had been very quiet for a long time. Their last studio album ‘Ich vs. Wir’ from 2017 was followed by a tour and the live album ‘... und das geht so’ at the end of 2019, but from then on it was quiet around the band. It almost seemed as if the pandemic had pulled the plug on the band. But that was far from the truth: since the beginning of 2024, the Hamburg band have released single after single and finally a new studio album. ‘Gute Laune Ungerecht Verteilt’ even made it to #1 spot in the German album charts immediately after its release, clearly showing that KETTCAR are back.
