kiss - rose tattoo - agent steel – tesla – lauren harris

Following the confirmation of high-quality bands IRON MAIDEN, JUDAS PRIEST, CAVALERA CONSPIRACY, WHITESNAKE and DEF LEPPARD, we are proud to add KISS to this year’s line-up!

KISS, the ‘Hottest Band in the World’, is the next in an impressive line of top acts that have graced the Graspop stage over the years. Founded in 1973 by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, KISS forced a worldwide breakthrough with their disco rock classic ‘I Was Made for Loving You’. In the years that followed, the extravagantly dressed foursome behind the masks grew into a formidable merchandising machine and the music occasionally appeared to be pushed to the background. Still, whenever KISS took the stage they did so in sold-out venues and stadiums in front of thousands of delirious fans.

In celebration of the band’s 35th anniversary, Simmons and Stanley have embarked on a new world tour and on Saturday 28 June they are bringing Eric Singer and guitarist Tommy Thayer to the Dessel festival grounds. Get ready for loads of pyrotechnics and an electrifying performance by a legendary band!

TESLA will take the stage on Friday and AGENT STEEL on Saturday. ROSE TATTOO and LAUREN HARRIS have been added to the bill on Sunday.

Just 3 more names to go for the main stage and the marquees. But there’s more! The entire programme for the revamped Metal Dome has yet to be compiled. A total of 16 bands will be taking the stage in the Metal Dome and we will have those names for you shortly!

Below you will find the preliminary schedules for the three festival days. The detailed timetable will be posted online as soon as the festival lineup is complete.
