The line-up for the upcoming edition of Plage Noire on November 29th and 30th, 2024 at the holiday and leisure park Weissenhäuser Strand is complete: After organizer FKP Scorpio already gave its festival audience a Christmas present in December with the announcement of headliner EISBRECHER, six more acts are being announced today. The duo AMBASSADOR21 stands for an apocalyptic mix of Industrial, Hardcore, Noise, and Metal. The Dresden-based future pop project ABSURD MINDS, one of the most successful and long-lasting Electro formations, is coming to Weissenhäuser Strand as well. Hellectro is one of the genre designations for the project around the Oberhausen producer FABRIKC, for whom there are no fixed boundaries. His Dark Electro sounds get the audience dancing. The band SCARLET DORN, founded in 2016 by producers Chris Harms (whose band LORD OF THE LOST is one of this year’s headliners) and Benjamin Lawrenz, impresses with opulent arrangements combined with the voice of the Siberian singer SCARLET DORN. PRINCIPE VALIENTE from Sweden with an atmospheric, sometimes minimalist Dark Pop, as well as the northern English duo AUGER with their blend of rocky, melodic, and electronic sounds complete the festival line-up.
The traditionally appreciated fringe program, which showcases the diversity of the Dark Scene culture, as well as the timetable for all program points, will be announced at a later date.
