Following the announcement of the first 17 acts for the indoor festival Plage Noire, taking place on 14th and 15th November 2025 at the Weissenhäuser Strand holiday and leisure park, the line-up continues to grow with today’s news.Organiser FKP Scorpio is delighted to announce a true heavyweight of the dark scene as headliner: VNV NATION. The British-Irish formation is virtually unrivalled when it comes to rousing anthems that blend driving electronics with deep emotion. Their live shows are an electrifying experience, captivating fans of both Future Pop and Electro-Wave.
But that’s not all: LACRIMAS PROFUNDERE will bring their distinctive mix of melancholic Gothic Rock and dark soundscapes to the Baltic Sea. SCARLET DORN, with her impressive voice and dramatic Symphonic Rock, will transport audiences to a world between light and shadow. Fans of dark poetry will be well served by EDEN WEINT IM GRAB, whose performance fuses morbid Dark Metal with literary depth.
For danceable intensity, ANY SECOND will shake the stages with their uncompromising Electro-Industrial. In contrast, WIEGAND deliver catchy Synthpop that touches both the heart and the feet. Those who appreciate an atmospheric and cinematic sound can look forward to OUL, a Dark Rock project characterised by its layered sound and artistic ambition. THE HALO TREES will add melancholic Indie Rock that truly gets under the skin. And with SYNTHATTACK, a relentless Industrial sound will hit the festival stage.
