Kingfishr - “Europe 2026”
Irish Indie-Folk sensation KINGFISHR are bringing their rousing, cinematic sound back to European stages this late autumn. The Limerick-based trio, acclaimed for their epic blend of traditional Irish Folk, driving banjo riffs and frontman Eddie Hughes’ deep, emotive voice, have enjoyed a meteoric rise in recent years. Following sold-out shows and acclaimed festival appearances, the band will be touring several major German cities in November 2026 as part of their European tour.
KINGFISHR have built a reputation as an outstanding live act. Their shows thrive on the trio’s immense energy, effortlessly bridging the gap between an intimate pub atmosphere and massive anthems. Alongside audience favourites such as ‘Killeagh’ and ‘Gloria’, they’ll also be performing newer tracks. Their move up to larger venues such as the Große Freiheit 36 in Hamburg or the Carlswerk Victoria in Cologne clearly shows that the hype surrounding the Irish band shows no sign of abating. Anyone wishing to experience KINGFISHR’s raw energy and sing-along moments up close should make sure to secure tickets well in advance – demand in Germany is high.
