Mono Inc. - “Symphonic Tour 2027”
When the force of Rock meets the power of Classical music, MONO INC. create a concert experience that reaches far beyond a regular band performance. On 2 April 2027, the Hamburg Dark Rock formation will bring their “Symphonic Tour 2027” to the elegant big hall of the Laeiszhalle Hamburg.
After two completely sold-out Symphonic tours in 2019 and 2024, the band returns in 2027 with the third edition of this special orchestral concept. Together with a chamber orchestra, the great hymns of MONO INC. will unfold in a new, epic dimension: powerful Rock moments will meet cinematic soundscapes, intimate passages will alternate with monumental climaxes, and the emotional choruses for which the band is known will gain an additional layer of dramatic depth.
The seated concert hall setting makes the Hamburg show particularly attractive. Instead of a conventional club or festival atmosphere, the evening promises focused listening, visual elegance and collective emotion - quiet tension in the softer moments and shared euphoria when band and orchestra rise together towards the grand finale.
According to the tour announcement, the 2027 concerts will take place without a support act and will be dedicated entirely to the symphonic world of MONO INC. For fans in the band's hometown, this promises to be one of the most atmospheric Hamburg dates of the year.
MONO INC. are one of Germany's most successful Dark Rock acts. Founded in Hamburg, the band have built a distinctive sound between Gothic Rock, Alternative Rock and emotionally charged Pop structures, combining dark atmospheres with strong melodies and direct, arena-sized choruses.
With Martin Engler on vocals, Carl Fornia on guitar and vocals, Ilja John Lappin on bass and vocals, and Katha Mia on drums and vocals, MONO INC. have developed a clear identity that balances melancholy, theatrical intensity and accessible songwriting. Their recent run of three consecutive number-one albums underlines how strongly the band have grown within the German Rock scene.
The Symphonic format gives this catalogue a different perspective. Songs that are already known for their dramatic pull can expand into broader arrangements, while quieter pieces gain a more fragile and cinematic character. In this setting, MONO INC. are not simply adding an orchestra to their songs; they are reshaping their material into a concert experience built around atmosphere, emotion and scale.
