The line-up for PLAGE NOIRE on 20 and 21 November 2026 at the Weissenhäuser Strand holiday and leisure park continues to take shape. Promoter FKP Scorpio has confirmed ten new acts and presents LACRIMOSA as the second headliner for the indoor festival on the Baltic Sea coast. The new additions represent the stylistic diversity of the dark alternative scene and add multi-faceted accents to the festival programme. For decades, LACRIMOSA has been one of the style-defining greats of the dark alternative scene, uniquely combining melancholic soundscapes with rock and classical influences. The music project centred around Tilo Wolff and Anne Nurmi inspires generations of fans worldwide with its emotional compositions and impressive live shows, and is one of the most prominent representatives of symphonic gothic rock.
With OBERER TOTPUNKT, one of the most extraordinary art projects in the scene enriches the festival programme. The duo combines dark electronics, spoken word, and performance art into intense productions that blend social criticism, poetry, and black humour. SCHÖNGEIST stands for catchy dark rock with an orchestral touch and German lyrics that skilfully combine melancholy and pathos.
A PROJECTION from Sweden brings international dark wave and post-punk sounds to the Baltic Sea. CORLYX combines gothic rock, dark wave, and industrial into a powerful yet modern sound. Things get electronic and melancholic with LAKESIDE X, whose blend of synth-pop, future pop, and dark wave combines emotional melodies with danceable beats. BRAGOLIN bridges the gap between cold wave, post-punk, and minimal synth, creating an intense live atmosphere with hypnotic soundscapes.
GHOSTBELLS, an American dark wave and EBM duo from New York that combines classic influences from new wave, post-punk, and electronic music, joins the line-up. ANTIBODY, on the other hand, delivers clearly structured electro-industrial with hard beats and striking vocals. The announcement is rounded off by CARRELLEE, whose atmospheric dark pop, wave, and electronic elements merge into a soundscape that is both modern and emotional.
Located directly on the Baltic Sea, the Weissenhäuser Strand holiday and leisure park offers a comfortable setting for the festival with its hotel, apartments, and bungalows, fusing multi-faceted soundscapes, dark aesthetics, and autumnal nature into an immersive experience.
