Dear friends of SUMMER BREEZE!
The year is about to reach its well deserved end. A lot has happened in 2008 and the upcoming Christmas holidays will be an appreciated opportunity for the most of you to remember quite a lot, god things as well as bad things. But these holidays will only be a short break at least for us as we are still working on next year’s SUMMER REEZE full power.
And doing so we of course keep focusing on one of the biggest problems of the BREEZE 2008, the traffic situation. We have been approached with plenty of statements by mail, in our forum or in personal talks. Many thanks for that! Unfortunately not every idea can be realized. But we are working together closely with the authorities of the city of Dinkelsbuehl to create a plan. To sum up we can already tell you we will try not to let the weather take too much influence on your journey. But as always we cannot say anything detailed until we have a concrete plan to present. But be assured this time we will not be taking half measures! We know you will not believe before you see. But you will see! Despite that we of course keep working on all the smaller problems which occurred. And this is quite the reason not to let more people on the ground than we did this year. To put an end to some rumours going around.
Ticket sales for 2009 have started already and finally tickets should’ve arrived with you. It is pretty obvious the DVD coming with the tickets ordered is enjoying a great popularity. We have received a lot of positive feedback for it for which we hereby would like to say thank you. Then again we would like to apologize for the delay in sending those out. As previously mentioned this was due to technical reasons we could not stay on schedule. Tickets can still be purchased for 70,- EUR (incl. camping and parking) in our online shop at www.summer-breeze.de. Still each ticket ordered will come with a free DVD which is strictly limited to 10.000 pieces and will not be available anywhere else but here. This is going to be a rare and hard to find collectible soon.

Who still could not make a decision whether to order a ticket or not may attend to our Christmas calendar which will be put online just like in previous years.This way, starting on December 1st always at midnight, we will announce new bands. In a slightly different form though but take a pot luck.
Once again we’d like to draw your attention to the WINTER FREEZE festival. This will take place on January, 31st at the Kochertalmetropole in Abtsgmuend right next to the old SUMMER BREEZE site. VOLBEAT, CREMATORY or CATARACT,to name just a few, will wake you up from your new year’s laziness. More info to be found at
