Back in the Top Ten! After the Californian Punk rock superstars, with their 2003 album ‘Splinter’, for the first time missed the Top Ten of the US Charts, the quartet succeeded in the triumphal comeback with their newest album ‘Rise And Fall, Rage And Grace’ in the en most-sold albums of the US. But not only the fans went nuts, also the critics attested Dexter Holland, Kevin "Noodles" Wasserman, Greg K. and Pete Parada to have delivered one of their best works to date with the new album. After the song ‘Hammerhead’, the band gave away for free i.e. through their website as download, ‘You’re Gonna Go Far Kid’ is going to be the next single.

With ‘Rise And Fall, Rage And Grace’, THE OFFSPRING ended a five year release break, the longest in the 24 years lasting band history. In Germany, the album barely missed the Top Ten and landed on #13. As co-headliner (Before METALLICA), the band rocked the centre stages of the mega festivals Rock am Ring/Rock im Park in June. On 30th November, the band returns to Germany – as main act of the live gig in the frame of the ‘T-Mobile Extreme Playgrounds’ in Berlin. The day before this one, on 29th November, the band performs at ‘TV Total Stock Car Crash Challenge’ at the LTU arena in Düsseldorf.

THE OFFSPRING made their breakthrough over here with the Top 5 hit ‘Self Esteem’ in 1995 – Their biggest hit so far came in 1999 with the single ‘Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)’, reaching #2. With their albums ‘Americana’ (1998) and ‘Conspiracy of One’ (2000) the band got a place in the Top Ten of the Media Control Charts. The band sold more than 32 Mio albums worldwide in their career so far.
