METALLIC NOISE FESTIVAL: Grave, Ektomorf, Dew Scented, Goddess of Desire, Totenmond, Not Tonight Josephine, Karkadan, Runamok
Finally there is good news from Metallic Noise Festival 2007. Almost no one has expected but there will be a Metallic Noise Festival 2007 again. Unfortunately they did not find an area, because too many people have simply still unfounded prejudices against the Metal though the festival will not take place as open-air. Bands like GRAVE, EKTOMORF, DEW SCENTED, GODDES OF DESIRE, TOTENMOND, RUNAMOK ... are a real good choice, but above all the mixture makes it. There are bands from areas of Death Metal to Hardcore and Progressive Metal to Doom Metal. Only the fans can make this festival stay alive. The number of visitors in Ludwigsburg will decide whether the MNF will go 2008 into the next round.

GRAVE
Founded 1986, GRAVE was formerly known as CORPSE, a Death-Metal band from Sweden. After their founding in 1986, GRAVE took several demo tapes, until they finally published 1991 their debut album ‘Into the Grave’. 1992 followed the second album, ‘You'll Never See ...’ which took as much praise as criticism. The fact is the band took a big musical step forward and deploys a real nice Death-Metal for their fans. http://www.grave.se/
EKTOMORF
EKTOMORF is a metal band from Hungary. The music style can be roughly assigned to thrash metal with hardcore influences in addition to elements of traditional Roma music that emerged from the cultural heritage of band founder. DEW SCENTED
DEW SCENTED, a German Death-/Trash- Metal band, was founded 1992. Their name is derived from a verse of a poem by Edgar Allan Poe. The release of their album ‘Impact’ in the year 2003 and the double-album ‘Ill-Natured & Innocent’ under the German label Nuclear Blast established the band as a completely solid thrash-metal-size. http://www.dew-scented.de/
GODDESS OF DESIRE
GODDESS OF DESIRE are a Dutch True- / Thrash Metal band. They won a good reputation within the metal scene due to their elaborate live shows and other things. TOTENMOND
TOTENMOND is a German metal band from Backnang. The band was founded 1984 by S. P. Lenz and Olaf "Pazzer" originally as a punk band with the name of WERMUT. The musical style of TOTENMOND is difficult to define. Their music incorporate, Punk, Thrash Metal, Black Metal, and sometimes even Grindcore. NOT TONIGHT JOSEPHINE
The Band NOT TONIGHT JOSEPHINE exists in their current occupation since 2006. The sound is described as good old rock music and beautiful melodies often contaminated by hard and brutal Metal influences. KARKADAN
In seeking their own style the music of KARKADAN developed to a very varied mix of the dark types of Metal. The result is a symbiosis between hard Heavy Metal and extreme Black and Death Metal vocals. RUNAMOK
This Metal band was founded 2003 by guitarist and singer Fabian Schwarz Unfortunately the music world is lacking good Old School Metal and the goal of RUNAMOK is to bring back this good old times. All friends of the Old School Power / speed metal could really enjoy the songs of RUNAMOK. The voice of Fabian recalls sometimes the Bay Area and I am thinking especially of bands like METALLICA, MEGADETH or even ANNIHILATOR. A must for all fans of this kind music.
