Delain
The Dutch Goth Rock formation DELAIN was founded in 2002 by Charlotte Wessels (voice) and Martijn Westerholt (keyboard). Moreover, to the topical live occupation belong Ronald Landa (guitar & grunts), Rob van der Loo (bass) and Sander Zoer (drums). Originally it was never planned by Westerholt to appear live; it was only a project of him with many guest musicians and friends from the Rock and Metal scene. With rising success after publication of her debut album ‘Lucidity’ in 2006 also rose the pressure on him to find a band to be able to present the works also live.
After the band is still in the studio to put the finishing touches to the new album, by now we can be curious on the live presentation of their songs on the 24th of April in the Backstage in Munich.
