After years and years in the tattoo business, rising to become an icon amongst tattoo artist, having her own show and shop, KAT VON D set out to pursue her true passion: music. Already as a young child, she loved and cherished music. Learning to play the piano early one, she grew passionate about classic music. Years later, still while pursuing her full-time tattoo career, KAT VON D also began taking vocal lessons, practiced, wrote songs, and worked night and day to express her deepest thoughts and feelings in her music. Until, eventually, in 2021 she finally released her solo debut album ‘Love Made Me Do It’. Her sophomore album ‘My Side Of The Mountain’ was released on September 20, 2024.
