Still running strong from the stunning and controversial feedback received with the very eclectic "You're My Favourite Thing To Do" EP, the German duo did not rest on their laurels and now serve us a 6-track digital EP that will undoubtedly wet your appetite for more JUNKSISTA tunes! Taken from the forthcoming album, the "Paranoid" EP shows us the band's explosive mix of very different styles such as industrial, rock and beautiful vintage sounding synth pop melodies. The dark and desperate lyrics of "Paranoid" are inspired by a recurrent dream: "I've been dreaming about being chased by evil forces since I am a child. I remember the very first one... I tried to run but the ground turned into a swamp and I couldn't get away... I knew I'd get killed eventually," says Diana. Boog underlines the dark vibe of this song with very aggressive guitar riffs perfectly fitting this upbeat song. "Human", a previously unreleased B-side, follows a rather dark style with some heavy guitars, strong melodies and very emotional lyrics. This 6-Track EP also includes radical remixes by AESTHETISCHE, ESSENCE OF MIND, DIFFUZION and HELALYN FLOWERS!
