Italian Gothic Rock band THE SPIRITUAL BAT are set to follow-up the release of their highly acclaimed 2011 album ‘Cruel Machine’. The much anticipated launch is slated for Spring 2014 and has a working title of ‘Mosaic’. Core band members Dario Passamonti and Rosetta Garri are hard at work in the studio, alongside additional musicians and special guests, and songs already approaching completion include ‘Of Breath & Veils’, ‘Mosaic’ and ‘Death March’. After a well-received performance at this year’s WGT, the band are also lining up live dates for 2014.
Already confirmed is an appearance at the Gotham festival in Hilden, Germany, alongside SOROR DOLOROSA, RED SUN REVIVAL and AEON SABLE. THE SPIRITUAL BAT are looking forward to building on the successes of the past few years as they bring their powerful and distinct brand of dark rock music into the new year.
