The new LEICHTMATROSE single video ‘Karma Polizei’ will be released on May 21st. After the surprise success of the last release - together with Reinhard Mey and other well-known artists – ‘Nein meine Söhne geb ich nicht’ (3.4 million views on YouTube), the next milestone of the band, which has long been the No. 1 insider tip in the German Indie Rock scene, will be released.
Singer Andreas Stitz, who got seriously ill with Covid-19 at the beginning of the year, processes his bitter experiences in the intensive care unit in the lyrics of the Power Pop anthem ‘Karma Polizei’ and returns together with the other seamen Thomas Fest (git / keys), Rick J Jordan ( bass / prod), Stephan Sundrup (git) and Tom Günzel (drums) back to life.
