Following the release of the self-titled “Taake” CD on Dark Essence Records last year, Svertenkunst Produksjoner, have this month released a vinyl edition of the album. The LP comes in an 180g double gatefold version, and features a cover of the BURZUM classic “A Lost Forgotten Sad Spirit” as an exclusive bonus track, as well as different cover artwork and an A2 poster. “Taake” is the fourth studio album from TAAKE, a band that over the years has been one of the definers of True Norwegian Black Metal; using intense, unique, and unpredictable dynamics to create an atmosphere that ranges from ice cold Nordic melodies, to catchy necro riffs.Tracklist
