PLACEBO are happy to announce their second single ‘Ashtray Heart’ from the praised new album ‘Battle For The Sun’ which is the first PLACEBO album to hit the #1 spot of the German charts. Furthermore, it took the leading position of the European billboard charts and directly entered the charts at #1 in Belgium, France, Austria, Switzerland, Mexico, Greece, Turkey and Taiwan, as well as the top 5 in 20 further countries worldwide.
